Missing Photo Repair V1.2

Detector scans Wasabi only: 0 MLS Grid requests. A listing becomes eligible when its newest MediaURLUpdatedDate is at least 2 hours old, or all media timestamps are NULL. This version preserves the selected scan size through Preview and Confirm so the candidate list does not silently fall back to a different default-sized scan.

Repair is deliberately two-step. Preview makes exactly one MLS Grid request and changes nothing. Only Confirm Repair deletes/replaces that listing's bonstmedia3 rows. Listings with NO MEDIA ROW may now be previewed too; nothing is inserted unless MLS Grid returns a valid, non-empty Media collection and you explicitly confirm the repair.
